Building on the reinvigoration of its sales department, Raimondi begin reinforcement of key manufacturing department pillars
Progressing with the reinvigoration of the Sales department with the return of Mauro Masetti as Director of Sales, Raimondi today announced additional new hires.
The new Raimondi recruits are set to strengthen the company’s operations, technical, and human resources segment to support continued growth. The reinforcement of these functions aims to bring new perspectives and specialized skillsets to the company.
Bolstering the technical department, ensuring the highest standard of crane design, performance and efficiency, Raimondi has newly recruited an industry expert with more than a decade of experience in the mechanical design banked in the heavy lifting sector.
“With research and development central to product innovation, the addition of a new technical expert brings a wealth of engineering and design knowledge enabling us to accelerate product development and respond swiftly to customer needs,” commented Luigi Maggioni, Raimondi Cranes Group, CEO.
Simultaneously, the company has welcomed a new Operations Manager to scale production while maintaining Raimondi’s uncompromised approach to quality machinery. With proven experience in streamlining manufacturing processes and a strong track record in operational efficiency, Marco Sarcone will ensure Raimondi continues to deliver high-quality machinery in a timely and cost-effective manner by improving internal processes and procedures.
As a people-centric organization committed to create a workplace where its values and vision take shape, Raimondi has also strengthened its human resources leadership. The focus on HR aims to boost employee engagement and foster company culture that aligns with the Raimondi vision.
“Bringing vast experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development, our new Human Resources and Legal Manager, Nicole Magro, will work toward creating a culture of innovation and collaboration that to drive Raimondi success,” Maggioni affirmed.
By shoring up the company’s various segments with specific competencies, skills, and knowledge, each new recruit will participate in the drive to cement Raimondi’s global leadership in crane manufacturing.
