Terex Advanced Electronic Control

Designed to maximize productivity, Terex advanced electronics combine precise crane control, real-time operational insights, and rapid configuration capabilities, enabling faster installation and more efficient jobsite operations.

Terex Tower Crane Cabin Flyer

The Terex tower crane control system has been developed to simplify operations, improve productivity, and enhance operator control throughout every stage of the lifting process. Featuring an advanced electronic setup, the system enables crane configuration in a fraction of the time required by conventional methods, reducing setup time by up to 75% and allowing projects to get underway more quickly and efficiently.

To further maximize performance, Terex Power Plus (TPP) provides an additional 10% operating capacity when required, offering greater flexibility to tackle demanding lifting applications. At the same time, Terex Power Match (TPM) optimizes power usage by automatically matching energy consumption to operational requirements, helping to reduce energy costs and improve jobsite efficiency.

For luffing jib cranes, the integrated auto-levelling function ensures that loads remain level throughout jib luffing movements, enabling more precise load positioning and improving safety during lifting operations. Complementing these features is the innovative T-Torque slewing technology, which uses advanced inverter technology with torque control to deliver smoother, more accurate crane movements and enhanced operator comfort.

The system also offers a high degree of customization, allowing operators to save and recall their preferred settings for startup boost, acceleration, deceleration, counter-manoeuvre, and slewing speeds. By combining intelligent automation, energy efficiency, precision control, and ease of use, the Terex control system helps operators achieve higher productivity while maintaining maximum control and reliability on the jobsite.
