Construction media given ‘first look’ access to the premiere telecrawler in new range of models

Raimondi Group welcomed members of the construction media to the company’s rough terrain headquarters in Crespellano, Italy. Selected members of the international construction media were given a ‘first-look’ showing of the Group’s telecrawler crane: the TTC 70.

The launch of the TTC 70 represents a pivotal moment in Raimondi’s growth journey, marking the introduction of a new product line within the Group’s portfolio.  

Raimondi Group CEO, Luigi Maggioni, remarked that “this launch represents another key step in Raimondi’s journey toward diversification, as we continue to expand our product portfolio and enter new lifting segments.”

Maggioni noted that “early market response has been very positive, with strong interest from both Italian and international clients. The first unit will be exhibited by our Italian rough terrain dealer at SaMoTer this May, marking another significant moment for the product’s market debut.”

Guests were invited to explore the production environment through a guided tour of the facility, gaining direct insight into the manufacturing processes that underpin Raimondi’s product offering.

The visit offered a comprehensive overview of how the machines are engineered, manufactured, and assembled, while also highlighting the strategic role of the site, which will serve as the production hub for the newly introduced crawler crane line.

The tour concluded in the testing area where the TTC 70 was officially presented, followed by a seminar in which members of the Group leadership team shared insights on the rationale behind re-entering this product segment, and its relevance within the wider evolving global lifting market.

During the second half of the day, guests were invited to discover the rich cultural and industrial heritage of the Emilia-Romagna region. The programme included a curated visit to a traditional Aceto Balsamico di Modena producer, offering insight into one of Italy’s most renowned artisanal traditions, followed by a tour of the Ferrari Museum, a recognized symbol of engineering excellence and innovation.

The Press Day represented the Group’s ongoing commitment to expanding its capabilities and reinforcing its position as a dynamic, multisegment player in the global lifting industry.
