Official Terex RT dealer of North America, Dozier Crane & Machinery (Dozier), has deployed the world’s first TRT 55US rough terrain crane in the United States of America.

Having represented Terex for more than 20 years, now part of the Raimondi Group, Dozier operates a substantial fleet including models such as the TRT 100US and TRT 40US. Its newest model, the TRT 55US, has been delivered and promptly deployed onsite in Savannah, Georgia, on a major infrastructure jobsite.

“As a long-standing partner of the North American rough terrain division, we are proud to be the first company globally to take delivery of the TRT 55US,” said Matt Greenspan, Vice President, Dozier Crane & Machinery.

Rented to R.R. Cassidy for Georgia Power, the TRT 55US is currently at work on a major energy infrastructure project, supporting expansion activities including relay and substation works.  Operating with standard configuration, the 50t (55Ust) machine features a boom length of 37.4m (122.7 ft), supported by three telescoping modes to enhance operational flexibility.

“The decision to deploy the TRT 55US was driven by its 50t maximum lifting capacity, its compact design and excellent load chart performance, making it particularly well suited for the project’s operational needs,” explained Greenspan.

Presented at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, the TRT 55US combines optimized off-road mobility with enhanced load chart performance across the full working radius, while maintaining a compact footprint with an overall width of 2.47m (8.11 ft).

Performance is further supported by advance control and monitoring systems, including TEOS and T-Link, enabling real-time monitoring, remote access, and improved fleet management capabilities.

Commenting on the delivery, Andreas Ernst, President, Raimondi North America said: “The sale of the TRT 55US to Dozier underscores our customer-centric approach and commitment to the evolving needs of the North American market, where compact design, strong load performance, and reliability in demanding jobsite environments are essential.”

Dozier’s operations and technical teams undertook dedicated product training at the Raimondi North America service hub to further enhance operational efficiency, with sessions covering the core machine functionalities, advanced control systems, and maintenance best practices.
