Today, with holdings on three continents, Prince Khaled stands at the gateway between the Middle East’s evolving economies and the Western world. As a venture capitalist who advocates for climate change awareness, Prince Khaled has a keen interest in promoting sustainable business models. He is a prominent investor in green technologies, in line with his support of environmentally-sound businesses including the burgeoning alternative protein and cellular agriculture sectors.

Considered a regional first-mover investor in the bioscience and wider deep technology segments, Prince Khaled is extremely engaged with the food technology and food sciences industry. He continues to invest in and promote emerging technologies that serve as potential solutions to food security and sustainability concerns facing today’s global community.

Highly active in the green technology ecosystem, he often participates in events pertaining to sustainability, climate change, food security, and how food technology and breakthrough research and development promise to alleviate these pressing world issues.

Prince Khaled is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of KBW Ventures and works across several tiers and levels of the business. In the real estate and property markets, Prince Khaled serves as Vice Chairman and co-founder of Arada, a UAE-based development company.

Aside from his work, Prince Khaled is an active mentor in the startup ecosystem, serves on the board of XPRIZE Feed the Next Billion challenge, and supports many other entities bolstering entrepreneurs and innovators.

His passion for sport is translated into working toward a healthy and active community in his capacity as a volunteer, holding the role of President of the Saudi Sports for All Federation (SFA). As a subset of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Sport, the SFA is tasked with increasing physical activity and galvanizing community sport across all of Saudi society.

Alkhoshaibi is also the Group Chief Executive Officer of Arada. Founded in 2017, Arada is the UAE’s fastest-growing master developer, with $19 billion of projects under development, over 15,000 units sold and over 10,000 units completed. The company was set up under the Chairmanship of HH Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi and the Vice Chairmanship of HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal.

Arada’s scope of operations covers property development, retail, wellness, education and hospitality and the company has secured over $1 billion in public bond issuances following favorable ratings from Fitch and Moody’s. In 2024, Arada announced its expansion into Australia, with a pipeline of projects valued at $1.6 billion.

As Group Chief Executive Officer of Arada, Alkhoshaibi is responsible for all aspects of corporate performance, including the execution of a successful long-term strategy, as well as planning, development, marketing and sales, all of which have added considerable shareholder value. In the short space of time since the company was launched, Alkhoshaibi has also been responsible for the recruitment of a 1,500-strong team of real estate professionals, each of whom have extensive experience in this field.

Alkhoshaibi is also Group Chief Executive Officer of KBW Investments, founded by HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed Bin Talal. Prior to the formation of Arada, Alkhoshaibi managed and orchestrated several profitable exits in a number of industries with operations that varied in size and scale. Prior to KBW Investments, he masterminded the successful conceptualization, planning, construction, sales and delivery of a series of residential and mixed-use communities in Sydney, Australia.

With practical leadership and executive experience across a number of sectors, Alkhoshaibi’s educational background includes a degree in business finance together with an executive MBA.
